Linda Darnell Gloria is a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive and Business Coach with over 20 years experience in financial and operational management of small to medium practices. Linda is familiar with the challenges facing small practice owners, as she is a successful entrepreneur, as Owner of a Management Consulting practice and Medical Billing and Collections company for over ten years. She has had many experiences with exploring technological systems that enable small practices to have functionality of larger companies, staging them for greater growth within solid systems in place. Ms. Gloria also participated as a judge in Electromic Medical Record national Development challenges. She is a graduate of Coach U and also a member of the International Coach Federation.
Having served as a Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded hospital system, Linda has an extensive financial and management background. She played an integral role in a variety of start-ups ranging from hospitals to physician practices, also pharmacies to research and medical management companies. The companies she served have gained her guidance in corporate structure and organization, operational development, staffing assessments, accounting systems, and productivity analysis. She has educated many entrepreneurs in establishing benchmarks for profitability and utilizing their financial statements to improve their bottom line. Linda has been involved in start-up from the planning stages to fruition of a flourishing practices. She often stays involved with the entrepreneur to assist with roadblocks and issues that develop and can overwhelm a small to medium sized business owner.
Linda has a strong track record of improving profitability in all companies she has served. With her early career of Public Accounting, she participated in the financial review of organizations in the service industry, manufacturing, retail, construction, banking, etc. This experience gave her an understanding of the basic components of most businesses giving her the insight to assist in gaining greater earning potential. She is driven to guide small business owners to excel in their business while maintaining the lifestyle they deserve!
